Alright so basically I was just sick of looking at that other journal entry. Hahaha.

Lots of things have been going on. Pretty crazy.

I'm glad to be back on dA. I've just been looking at all your art in AMAZEMENT.

So many beautiful pieces.

I haven't been incredibly inspired, except of course by my baby, so I've basically just been doing stock. Hopefully with Fall upon us and beautiful winter approaching I will get some inspiration.

Alright. So I was just looking at my old account and I had been part of a group called punkazz.

I had submitted a deviation on my own page and on this page called "Same Shit Different Asshole" or just "Shit". I looked back at it today and read all the comments and holy crap. That picture really stirred things up. People got angry, people loved it, people faved it, people insulted me just for posting it.

Back then I was upset that people were calling me stupid, immature, etc. but now, I understand. Everyone has their own political point of views. I mean, I was just expressing one of mine.

And there should be NO shame in that what so ever. I do not agree with people insulting ME and calling me different mean things and I don't think that was the correct way to handle it. I mean honestly, they were pissed because I was making a statement but instead of just disagreeing with my opinion, they insulted me and were angry with me.

That's not what was supposed to happen. I expected people to like it and agree, and I also expected people to hate it and disagree but I didn't think it would turn people against me so fiercely. I mean, wow.

But, that's all over and done with. But I don't take back that opinion, and granted, I wouldn't submit a deviation like that now, but back then it's how I felt and I THOUGHT dA was a place to express yourself. And I hope it is. Without people hating you.

Well I went digging through some old photographs I took and my portfolio from High School photography and scraped together some work to put up.

I'm very excited about that. So let me know what you think and constructive criticism is always welcome.

Now I just need some friends! Hahaha.

I was on DA before under the name catchmyfallingtears. I joined when I was 15. Almost exactly 4 years ago. And I stopped putting up photographs when I was about 17. I put up a couple self-portraits since then but I basically just wanted to start over.

So here I am with a new account. I don't have any new pictures to put up yet. I want to really do some good work this time around.

But hopefully I'll be inspired soon!
